Marketing Manager
Are you ready to be the voice behind the next big European commerce agency?
We're looking for a sharp, social-first brand builder who can turn great work into great stories. This is a hands-on role where you own the brand visibility, content production, and overall credibility for the newly expanded ROIROI Group brand.

- Location: London (Hybrid/Office-first with flex)
- Salary: £60,000 – £70,000 DOE
- Experience: 4+ years in brand, marketing (preferably B2B), or content.

ROIROI is a leading e-commerce agency built on three pillars covering strategy, delivery and performance marketing, founded in Stockholm 2021 now with around 60 employees spread across 5 countries.
Following our merger with Factory, a London-based AI-first commerce agency, we are now a stronger European group, a more complete partner for consumer brands. One that blends creativity, technology, an AI-first approach and operational excellence.
As part of the merger, ROIROI is now the custodian of Offcuts, a podcast and newsletter about commerce, culture and AI. We explore how brands grow in a changing landscape. From shifting consumer behavior to the rise of AI in digital work. It is part founder’s perspective, part field notes from inside the industry.
Your Mission
This role makes the brand travel. You will be the steward of the ROIROI brand, helping to shape its definition and amplifying it via our content and partners.
Be the Content Engine: Own the end-to-end process across our podcast, newsletter, and social channels (LinkedIn, Instagram and TikTok focus).
Tell Our Story: Turn our technical expertise and client projects into sharp case studies and shareable social snippets.
Build the Network: Coordinate interviews, manage the content calendar, and partner with our technology network on co-marketing and event support.
Represent the Brand: Comfortably represent ROIROI at industry events and identify and organise speaking slots for us to amplify our brand.
You'll Thrive If You Have:
- An AI-first mindset.
- 4+ years in brand, marketing (preferably B2B) or content roles with proven end-to-end delivery
- Strong channel craft across podcast, newsletter and social (planning → shipping → distribution)
- Comfortable creating and editing assets in Canva and common AI-powered creative tools
- Solid copy editing and headline instincts; able to brief and polish founder-led content
- Experience turning projects into case studies and short-form video/snippets
- Working knowledge of analytics and reporting (channel metrics, simple funnels, UTMs)
- An understanding of how service businesses and consumer brands operate commercially
- Organised, deadline-reliable, and unfazed by a fast, start-up environment

Interview Process
So, how do we get to know each other? We like to think that recruitment is a two way process; the goal is for us to make sure you know what you can expect working for us, and that we know what to expect from you being part of ROIROI. This is how we do it:
Stage 1: A 30 minute chemistry call to make sure there is a vibe ✨
Stage 2: A 60 min interview where we’ll dig into your experience, explain the role in more detail and give you the opportunity to ask as many questions as you need.
Stage 3: A presentation task. The task will depend on the role, but the objective is to see how you think and solve real world problems we face as a business. This stage will be in person if possible, and likely run for a couple of hours.
For the final candidate we might be in touch with previous employers, or clients - with your consent of course.
