We are looking for a hands‑on DevOps and infrastructure specialist who can deploy, secure, and optimize just about anything - from a single‑page site to a complex distributed system. You don’t need onboarding - you walk in, audit the setup, and get things humming.

You understand not just how things work, but why they break. You’re equally comfortable in the terminal, inside a DNS panel, or walking a product owner through infrastructure choices in plain language.

You anticipate failure points before anyone else sees them. You simplify what others overcomplicate. You thrive in fast-moving environments where uptime, security, and performance matter.

What You'll Own:

🚀 Deploy anything, anywhere: on-prem, cloud, serverless, headless, you name it.

🔁 Set up CI/CD workflows: GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Bitbucket, or custom runners.

⚙️ Automate the boring stuff: deployments, rollbacks, backups, alerts, logs.

⚡ Optimize performance: reduce TTFB, LCP, CLS, and Core Web Vitals across stacks.

🌐 Own domain & DNS ops: SSL, redirects, DNS records, reverse proxies, WAF/CDN setup.

💰 Balance cost & performance: make thoughtful decisions about infra tradeoffs.

🚨 Anticipate risks: handle outages, SSL expirations, DNS propagation delays, and scaling issues before they happen.

🤝 Work directly with clients: translate technical complexity into business context, propose solutions, and collaborate fluidly.

What You'll Bring:

🧠 Deep experience with CI/CD, infrastructure automation, and web hosting.

🧰 Tools expertise across cloud platforms (AWS, Vercel, Netlify, Cloudflare, GCP, Azure), containers, monitoring tools (Grafana, Prometheus, Sentry), and deployment pipelines.

💨 Strong command of web performance: critical rendering path, lazy loading, caching strategies, global CDNs.

🧾 Comfortable with infrastructure as code: Terraform, Ansible, or equivalent.

🔐 Security-first mindset - knows how to secure APIs, SSL chains, credentials, and environments.

🌍 Understands global availability and latency tradeoffs.

🗣️ Excellent communicator - capable of explaining infra to non‑technical folks with clarity and calm.

⚖️ Doesn’t need to manage people - just wants to execute at a high level and do work that matters.
